Cub Club Aid
The Cub Club Aid assists in providing a safe, supportive, and engaging before and afterschool experience for elementary-aged students enrolled in the Cub Club program. Working under the supervision of the Cub Club Coordinator and/or school administration, this position focuses on student supervision, positive interaction, and support of daily program activities.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to supervise groups of elementary-aged students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, patient, and responsible
Must meet district employment requirements, including background checks
Working Conditions:
School-based environment
Combination of indoor and outdoor settings
Regular interaction with elementary-aged students
Moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and light lifting
May be exposed to typical school-related noise levels
Work hours aligned with before- and afterschool program schedules
FLSA Status: Hourly, Part-Time, Non-Exempt Wage: Starting at $16.94
