Regional Local Sales Director

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a Director of Local Sales to join the senior sales leadership team. This role drives regional strategy, coaching, and performance management of the Local Sales Organization to achieve the financial plan and enhance the customer experience.
Minimal travel is required (up to 10%). The DLS will lead a group of District Sales Managers and sales associates, coach performance, and execute campaigns and budgets in alignment with corporate strategy.
