What will you do?
You will be the Financial Analyst responsible for preparing business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support the Americas business. The Financial Analyst will also support the development and implementation of the annual budget, the strategic plan, and analysis & reporting of monthly operating results. Support the monthly forecast, reporting and analysis, the annual operating plan, and the strategic plan processes. Analyze business performance and identify key risks and opportunities through financial and operational data. Own and monitor critical business KPIs, including Ecommerce performance metrics and cost‑center spending. Build and enhance financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term business plans. Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
What do you need to succeed?
Foundation skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or other quantitative/analytical disciplines.
An MBA is a plus but not a requirement.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, data management and reporting skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment & partner as a team player.
Knowledge and experience in financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting with strong financial modeling skills.
Detail‑oriented with exceptional analytical skills.
Ability to partner across functions and drive process improvements and business results.
Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills enabling thoughtful analysis and interpretation of financial results and identification of key business issues underlying the numbers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong appreciation for culture in a values‑driven business.
Preferred qualification: 1+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the retail or consumer‑related industries.
Experience requirement: 0-2 years of professional experience and achievements.
Location
Hybrid role in New Jersey, City Office.
Compensation & Incentives
Hiring Range: $63,360.00 USD - $79,200.00 USD annually.
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
