Responsibilities
- Own Legion’s organic growth number across various metrics
- Build Legion’s SEO and AI-search strategy
- Win visibility in SERPs and AI answer surfaces
- Create authoritative content with clinician review
- Own technical SEO aspects
- Maintain AI-search crawl visibility
- Own conversion from organic visit to appointment
- Build dashboards that connect organic and AI-search visibility to key metrics
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and trust
- Build the operating system for organic growth
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content growth, or AI-search visibility
- Direct ownership of organic growth tied to revenue, leads, bookings, or appointments
- Deep technical SEO experience across various aspects including crawl/indexation, internal linking, and site architecture
- Strong understanding of AI-search behavior across multiple platforms
- Experience building AI-assisted content workflows
- Strong healthcare judgment
- Proficient with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/Semrush
- Comfortable making lightweight code/content changes
