About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, highly conceptual, and strategically minded Senior Copywriter to shape the voice of our expanding portfolio. Operating out of our state‑of‑the‑art Creative Design Hub in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, this role is built for a master storyteller who thrives at the intersection of cultural relevance, product innovation, and rapid execution.

What You’ll Do

Drive Big‑Idea Conceptualization: Lead breakthrough, multi‑channel campaign concepts across TV, OTT, digital commerce, paid social, and experiential marketing.

Master Upstream Storytelling: Collaborate early with product and brand teams to define positioning, naming, and core brand messaging for new launches.

Direct Voice & Execution: Write flawless, high‑converting, culturally resonant copy across all touchpoints, ensuring a distinct, premium voice globally.

Partner for Production: Work with Art Directors and Creative Directors through pre‑production, scripting, filming, and post‑production to preserve the narrative intent.

Champion an AI‑Native Workflow: Integrate advanced LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into daily process to accelerate research, test concepts, and optimize copy at velocity.

Mentor & Elevate Talent: Mentor junior‑to‑mid level copywriters, fostering high ownership, constructive feedback, and relentless creative ambition.

Qualifications

6+ years of copywriting experience in a fast‑paced creative agency or high‑velocity in‑house department; experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands preferred.

Elite, multi‑channel portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, short‑ and long‑form copy, broadcast/video scripting, and platform‑native social content.

Technical‑to‑Human translator: Ability to dissect complex technology specs and turn them into emotional, benefit‑driven hooks.

Fluency in modern creative tools: Familiarity with Figma and active use of generative AI tools for concepting and prototyping.

Thrives in high‑velocity environments: Adaptable, prolific with copy options, energized by tight deadlines, and maintains premium craft while matching global speed.

What Does Success Look Like?

In 30 days: Fully integrated into the NYC hub, aligned with art direction and brand partners, and mastered the distinct voice and strategic goals of your product category.

In 90 days: Independently transforming raw briefs into major campaign concepts, pitching ≥3 distinct narrative directions across broadcast to mobile‑first hooks.

In 1 year: Launched high‑performing global campaigns that shift consumer perception, drive record‑breaking adoption, and elevate the studio’s strategic writing output.

Salary and Other Compensation
Pay Range: $93,600—$110,000 USD
