Promotions Coordinator

Our client, a leading health solutions company, is seeking a Promotional Coordinator to join their advocacy team!
Location: Hybrid in Woonsocket, RI
Hours: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $28-30/hr
Contract Duration: 1 year with high potential to extend convert
Key Responsibilities:
Own the accuracy of promotional offers and pricing across weekly ads, events, and ad versions.
Ensure alignment between ads, POS, and system pricing.
Partner with Circular Marketing during ad slotting, approvals, and change execution.
Serve as the point of contact across Inventory, Stores, CRM, Creative, Production, Signing, and suppliers.
What You Bring:
1+ year of professional experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
