Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA Paid Digital. We have an opportunity to join our Global Demand Generation team in Warsaw, Poland, reporting to the Director of Global Demand Generation/Digital Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage paid digital strategy for EMEA, leading performance across existing channels and evaluating new opportunities to expand Infoblox’s reach, awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution. You will also serve as a central point for identifying broader digital growth opportunities across the region, using market performance, channel insights, and competitive signals to help shape where and how Infoblox expands its digital impact.

Collaborating closely with the broader Paid Digital team, demand generation, ABM, marketing operations, analytics, and regional stakeholders, you will help lead paid programs across 6sense, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn while testing new channels such as Bing, Meta, and LLM platforms where they can drive incremental value for EMEA.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

Build paid digital strategies and execution plans for EMEA across existing and emerging channels

Own paid channel performance for EMEA across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, and 6sense

Act as a central point for identifying digital growth opportunities across EMEA, using performance insights to inform regional recommendations

Monitor digital performance across countries and identify underperforming markets, optimization opportunities, and areas for expansion

Identify, evaluate, and pilot new paid channels and platform opportunities, including Bing, Meta, and LLM-based paid programs, where they align to business goals

Evaluate new market entry opportunities by analyzing digital readiness, demand signals, channel availability, and performance potential

Analyze competitor digital activity and broader market signals to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for Infoblox to differentiate

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align paid digital programs to campaign priorities, launches, segments, and regional needs

Manage audience strategy, targeting, creative alignment, testing, and optimization to improve efficiency and business impact

Surface insights from website, search, social, and paid channels to guide decision-making and improve regional digital performance

Manage budgets, spend pacing, and vendor or platform coordination for assigned paid digital programs

Present paid digital performance, learnings, and next-step recommendations to demand generation leadership and cross-functional partners

Apply AI to campaign measurement, forecasting, segmentation, and attribution to improve decision speed and marketing impact

Translate complex marketing questions into AI-powered analytics solutions that drive insights, better investment decisions, and stronger go-to-market outcomes

Be Prepared — What You Bring

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience

Experience developing and managing paid digital or digital marketing strategies for a region, business line, or major campaign area

Strong command of paid media platforms, campaign orchestration, analytics, and performance optimization

Hands‑on experience across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, retargeting, or similar paid channels

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and make data‑driven decisions to improve funnel performance

Ability to operate with high autonomy while aligning with strategic priorities and cross‑functional goals

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain channel performance and recommendations clearly

Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy expectations, and consent‑compliant marketing practices in EMEA

Multi‑market EMEA experience preferred; proficiency in a European language beyond English is a plus

Curiosity and comfort testing new tools, channels, and approaches while maintaining strong operational discipline

Six Months: Own the EMEA paid channel rhythm, deliver performance improvements across core paid channels, sharpen audience and testing strategies, and establish a clear point of view on where to scale, optimize, or pilot new channels.

One Year: Establish a repeatable, data‑driven paid digital engine for EMEA that strengthens regional demand generation, supports key launches and segments, and expands the channel mix thoughtfully through disciplined testing and performance management.

For this role based inPoland, the initial salary range is 1164300.00 to 222600.00 Zloty based on objective, gender-neutral criteria. Where a candidate is placed within this range is determined using those criteria, including skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic market. This position is also eligible for the company bonus plan and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, where applicable to the role and consistent with the relevant company plans and local law. Employees are also eligible for company-sponsored benefits, which may include health and wellness benefits, retirement programs, paid time off, and other locally applicable offerings.
