Job Summary

We are seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage the execution, optimization, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), DV360, DSPs, and social advertising platforms, with strong experience in campaign trafficking, audience targeting, quality assurance, reporting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
Manage campaign trafficking, audience targeting, budget pacing, and campaign optimization.
Perform technical QA for display, rich media, video, and third-party ad tags.
Troubleshoot ad-serving, tracking, and reporting issues across multiple platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable reporting and insights.
Collaborate with campaign strategists to support media planning and optimization.
Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking standards, and naming conventions.
Must-have Skills

3–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Media Operations, or Ad Technology.
Expert-level experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
Strong hands‑on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit Ads.
Experience with audience targeting and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, rich media, VAST/VPAID, and ad‑serving technologies.
Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and digital advertising privacy regulations.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and campaign analysis.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills

Experience with LiveRamp, Bombora, Demandbase, or other ABM/audience platforms.
Experience supporting e-commerce or performance marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of media planning, attribution, and campaign measurement.
Experience creating scalable trafficking processes and campaign governance standards.
