We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable facilitating product workshops, writing landing pages, recording Reels, and optimizing content with AI and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, one‑pagers, and scripts for product‑related assets.

Product Marketing & Go‑to‑Market

Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions, creating clear product positioning and messaging.

Organize and independently facilitate product marketing workshops with internal stakeholders to identify customer insights, target audiences, use cases, unique selling propositions (USPs), and define effective Go‑to‑Market strategies.

Coordinate product launches and manage the annual product marketing roadmap using Asana.

SEO Content

Create high‑quality, SEO‑optimized content using tools such as

Neuron Writer ,

GenAI

solutions.

SMB Marketing & Website Copywriting

Own communication for the SMB segment in close collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.

Manage website content in HubSpot CMS, coordinate website projects, and continuously benchmark competitor messaging and positioning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Reach & Engagement: Social media engagement metrics, with a particular focus on video views and audience retention (viewer retention curves) for short‑form video content such as Reels.

Traffic & Conversions: Website traffic and engagement metrics for published content, including conversion and lead attribution based on HubSpot analytics.

Execution & Delivery: Timely delivery of creative video assets, Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies, and product marketing content supporting product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing or Product Marketing within SaaS, LegalTech, or B2B technology environments.

A unique combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong technology mindset. You should genuinely enjoy technology and be able to explain it in an engaging, accessible way.

Hands‑on experience independently creating and producing short‑form video content (Reels/Shorts) for business or personal brands.

Ability to simplify complex product and business concepts into clear, engaging messaging.

Excellent copywriting and editorial skills in both Polish and English.

High level of ownership and independence, with practical experience using SEO and AI tools such as Ahrefs, Neuron Writer, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.

Experience working with a CMS (preferably HubSpot CMS) and email marketing tools will be considered a strong advantage.

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, candidates will be informed of the salary range at the first stage of the recruitment process.
