Senior Relationship Manager, Institutional Asset Owners

Summary: The Senior Relationship Manager manages complex master trust and custody client relationships and serves as a senior consultant across trust, asset servicing, client delivery, and relationship management. This position partners with clients and internal teams to identify needs, recommend solutions, resolve issues, drive business growth, and deliver high quality service.
Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of master trust and custody services by analyzing client needs, recommending improvements, and assessing the impact of new or expanded financial services.
Serve as a key consultant to senior client contacts, supporting policy recommendations, process redesign, and complex problem solving.
Facilitate planning sessions to develop solutions that address client needs and strengthen relationships.
Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating service team resources, driving timely issue resolution, and communicating client needs to internal partners.
Advise clients on emerging issues, regulatory and tax changes, and broader financial market considerations that may affect their activities.
Identify opportunities to expand bank products and services, coordinate presentations with subject matter experts, and support the smooth delivery of new services.
Manage client profitability by understanding the competitive environment, identifying opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and partnering with the team to improve profitability.
Recommend new services and products with awareness of broader organizational impact.
Qualifications and Experience

College degree or equivalent work experience required.
10 to 15 years of experience in financial servicing, including at least 5 years in trust and asset services.
Knowledge of trust and asset services, including business segment specific issues.
Knowledge of general finance and portfolio management concepts.
Strong negotiation, leadership, delegation, and sales skills.
Salary Range: $95,600 - 162,400 USD. This range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
