Remote Customer Experience Specialist — Locksmith Support

KeyMe Locksmiths is seeking a Customer Experience & Locksmith Support Representative to manage service requests and escalations across phone, email, and chat. You will coordinate active locksmith jobs and deliver fast, empathetic support for customers and partners.
This is a full-time remote role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Prior call center experience is a plus.
