People Experience & Relations Strategist

Hope Network seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to foster a positive work environment by supporting employee relations, engagement, advocacy, onboarding, retention, and safety initiatives. You will advise managers on HR practices, conduct investigations, maintain HRIS, and help update policies and procedures across the organization.
This role requires an Associate’s degree in HR or related field with 2 years HR experience; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred and a valid driver’s license.
