Because our enterprise clients are scaling faster than ever, we are currently running a volume hiring sweep for Junior Brand Managers who want to step away from the keyboard and get into the real world of experiential marketing and retail event production.

A Descriptive Look at Your Journey:
We don’t throw you into the deep end without a map. Our structured, descriptive training timeline is built to turn ambitious grads into operational leaders:

Month 1-2 (The Foundations): You will master the frontlines. You’ll learn how to manage pop‑up logistics, command the attention of a busy retail crowd, and execute standard compliance rules for premier national brands.

Month 3-5 (The Mentor Phase): Once you’ve got consumer acquisition down, you’ll start building your own small squad. You will lead morning strategy sessions, run campaign training workshops, and learn how to coach others on public speaking and body language.

Month 6+ (The Campaign Lead): You step into the backend. You’ll manage full client portfolios, oversee local operational budgets, analyze market expansion opportunities, and run your own independent territory.
