Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Greater Michigan

Job Overview We are seeking outgoing marketers to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country. This part‑time, flexible position is located at our premier retail partner locations throughout the Grand Rapids area. The role offers base pay plus commission, allowing you to earn more as you set more appointments.
Compensation Base pay starts at $16 per hour (varies by experience, education, location, and certifications). Successful candidates can earn up to $1,200 in weekly commission on top of base pay. Our paid training and proven marketing methodology help you maximize earnings.
Responsibilities Engage prospective customers in the store and book no‑cost appointments with Renewal by Andersen window experts.
Follow up with customers and provide feedback and informational recaps to the team for next steps.
Participate in paid training and consistently apply our marketing methodology.
Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for people.
Motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
Team‑player who is dependable and dedicated.
Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
