PRODUCT DEVELOPER - FRAGRANCE

Overview

Salary: $100 + We are a dynamic Home Fragrance company located in New York City specializing in high-quality candles, fragrances and diffusers, and we’re looking for a Senior Designer to elevate our brand and product lines.
Responsibilities

Lead the design process for our candle and diffuser collections, from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and innovative aesthetic.
Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences to create designs that resonate with our audience.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to bring designs to life.
Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of design experience, preferably in home fragrance or related industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and understanding of fragrance aesthetics.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
A passion for fragrance and a keen eye for detail.
