We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic PCB Designer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) using PADS, Mentor Graphics DxDesigner, and analog circuitry. You will apply your knowledge of RF, signal integrity, and IPC standards. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of experience who is detail‑oriented and adept at creating design files and drawings.
Responsibilities
Creating and testing PCB designs using PADS and Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.
Applying analog circuit and RF knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
Ensuring signal integrity in all designs.
Adhering to IPC standards in all aspects of PCB design and production.
Paying meticulous attention to detail in creating design files and drawings.
Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure functionality and reliability of designs.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during design or production.
Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
Two‑year associate’s degree in a CAD‑related field and 5+ years of experience in CAD, OR 10+ years of high‑level experience in CAD.
Proficiency in PADS and Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.
Extensive knowledge of analog circuitry and RF.
Strong understanding of signal integrity and IPC standards.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in creating design files and drawings.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
A passion for innovation and a desire to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
