Position Overview
The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for coordinating care and operations for a patient population in an office within a region of the Long-Term Home Health/PDN Division (TS2).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee highly complex or strategically significant client relationships and deliver a high‑touch, advisory service.
Lead complex engagements and may mentor staff or support market‑level initiatives.
Act as a lead client advocate, ensuring exceptional service throughout the clients' experience.
Contribute to the team's new business development activities.
