We are now hiring a dedicated and professional receptionist to support operations at both our Northlake and Steele Creek locations.

Position Overview
This rotating part-time position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, dependable, and service-driven. As the face of the shop, you'll play a key role in maintaining a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and manage incoming calls and appointment inquiries
Maintain the PoS system and manage daily appointments
Keep the reception and front desk areas clean and organized
Support bar operations (must be age 21+ to assist)
Travel between Northlake and Steele Creek as needed

Requirements
Previous receptionist or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (no Uber/Lyft use)
Willingness to travel between both locations as needed
Flexibility with scheduling; hours vary week-to-week (0–35 hours) based on coverage needs

Schedule Note
This is a coverage-based position. You’ll be scheduled when regular staff is unavailable, with a minimum of 16 hours/week and the potential to work up to 35 hours/week. Some weeks may have zero scheduled hours depending on team needs.
