Overview
We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven
Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead and grow influencer partnerships across a portfolio of consumer brands. This individual will own the development and execution of influencer marketing programs—from creator sourcing and relationship management to campaign execution and performance analysis.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with creators across all tiers, including nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
Manage influencer campaigns from end to end, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, content approvals, campaign execution, and reporting.
Build and maintain a strong network of creators who align with each brand\'s audience and voice.
Negotiate partnerships while managing campaign budgets and ensuring maximum return on investment.
Partner cross-functionally with Social, Creative, Brand, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to maximize campaign impact.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and creator economy best practices.
Establish scalable processes and best practices for influencer discovery, onboarding, and campaign management.
Mentor and support junior team members as the influencer function continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or a related field.
Proven success managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
Experience building long-term creator relationships rather than solely managing one-off campaigns.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience reviewing influencer agreements and campaign deliverables.
Knowledge of FTC disclosure guidelines and influencer marketing best practices.
Experience using influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Traackr, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional project management, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience in consumer, lifestyle, home, fashion, beauty, or related industries is a plus.
