Social Media Analyst

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office products

Assist in performing basic network support tasks involving user account maintenance

Assist in problem solving IT related issues

Responsible for providing mobile and VoIP support for company phones

Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair systems and peripheral devices as necessary.

Order, setup and maintain of all company issued phones, laptops and hot spots

Required Skills

Experience with re‑installing systems and imaging systems

Experience with Ethernet and Wireless networking protocols

Experience with Verizon phone system, iPhones and Androids

Required Experience

1+ years of IT Technician experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, certification & training

MCDST, A+, Network +, MCP certifications or equivalent job experience
