Company Description: (MALIN+GOETZ) is a founder-based gender-neutral beauty and lifestyle business based in New York City. We operate flagship apothecaries in NYC, California and Hong Kong: along with an expanding presence online through www.malinandgoetz.com. The brand is distributed internationally through high-end accounts including Nordstrom, Selfridges, Space NK, and Liberty as well as amenity partners that include 5* hotels, spas, and concept gyms.
Position Summary: We're looking for an experienced marketing manager who is highly creative, nimble and rigorous marketer with a passion for beauty, a talent for storytelling and a knack for wearing multiple hats to join our Brand Marketing team. The Senior Manager of Brand + Interactive Marketing will play a key role alongside the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing + Global Communications and VP of E-Commerce in developing + implementing effective go-to-market strategies across 5 categories (face, body, hair, personal + home fragrances).

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training.
5+ years of experience in a brand marketing/communications role, preferably within a lifestyle or beauty brand.
Skincare and fragrance experiences are preferred.
Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and proven ability and excitement for creating engaging and persuasive content for a variety of marketing channels, including brand campaigns, email, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong creative sensibilities. An ability to think conceptually, contribute new and creative ideas and develop stories.
Knowledge of various distribution sales channels (specifically within the beauty category) and experience working with a diverse mix of retailers.
Analytical ability and critical thinking skills to process and make decisions based on data. High comfort level working with numbers and financial details.
Passion for the beauty industry + in-tune with cultural marketing trends in creative, media, digital and social.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to multitask.
Shares excitement to be part of a small, nimble, and passionate team where a teamwork mentality is required.
Excellent communicator who can clearly and concisely convey your thoughts and ideas to any audience in any context.

Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home). Dog-friendly office environment.
