Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $139,000.00
INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency, is looking for a Freelance Associate Media Director to join our General Accounts team! We don't just look for fresh talent, we look for fresh thinkers.
Responsibilities Steward disciplined media agency practice for cross-channel integration (online & offline) throughout developmental, planning & execution stages
Demonstrated team leadership and management skills
Development and execution, alongside the team, of cross-channel media strategies across Linear, Audio, Print, Programmatic (Display, Video, OTT, Audio), Paid Search, and Paid Social, inclusive of media mix, budget allocation, audience architecture, creative strategy, KPI development and measurement frameworks
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and project management skills
Requirements B.S./B.A. required - preferably in Marketing/Communications
6-8yrs years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and management
Previous Digital and Traditional Media Planning experience is required
Professional Skills Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks and consistently meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop programs, including excel, PowerPoint & Word

Salary range: $110,000 to $139,000 annual equivalent. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
