Regional Talent Scout for Hourly Hiring

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Regional Recruiting Specialist to drive hourly hiring across the assigned territory in North Carolina and surrounding areas. You will create and post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and process offers and background checks using our HR systems and online networks.
You will partner with hiring managers to shape position requirements, build talent pipelines, and promote our employer brand both online and offline.
