The Marketing Manager first masters traditional marketing through collaborative campaigns and storytelling success. Then pioneer progressive strategies to converge digital and grassroot outreach, with Managerial within Commercial Real Estate in assigned markets.
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM) with rapid growth potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES - MARKETING
· Create flyers, e-mails, and social media campaigns.
· Build presence through engaging digital/print content and media releases.
· Enter new and revised listings into company and third-party websites.
· Create closed and specialty announcements.
· Ensure property signage is available and timely / properly presented.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign activities.
· Generate demographic reports and VOID analysis.
· Craft maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapes in assigned market(s).
· Structure tenant and buyer tour books to initiate site selection efforts in assigned market(s).
· Assemble thematic maps, as requested.
· Accurately account for digital deal files.
· Assist with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies / IT, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES - MANAGEMENT
· Oversee and facilitate inbound requests in assigned markets / territories.
· Communicate shifting priorities to all clients and/leadership as applicable.
· Ensure, and report on, timely/best practice deliverables.
· Coordinate/outsource assistance as needed and approved.
· Coordinate/attend/oversee company events, as assigned.
· Serve as client intermediary, acting on behalf of assigned agents to other departments.
· Ensure proper utilization of resources/templates and best practice implementation.
· Routinely report, and build on, marketing metrics and managerial analysis.
· Offer consultancy on listing, tenant, and brand enhancement opportunities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Three+ years of Commercial Real Estate marketing experience required.
· Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva are required.
· Strong communication skills and multi-tasking abilities.
· Reliable attendance and transportation.
