GlassView is the inventor of brain-behavioral intelligence for advertising — giving brands clinical-grade data on audience emotion and attention in real time, powered by our exclusive Cogwear/UPenn license. We're looking for a career commercial hunter to help us convert that technology edge into new business at a company growing 50% year-over-year.

A career commercial professional in advertising with deep, active relationships in media across the US. You know how to open doors, build trust with decision-makers, and close new business. This role is built for someone who wants real upside in exchange for hunting hard in Year 1, with a modest base paired with a commission structure designed to reward top performers disproportionately.

GlassView is a brain-behavioral intelligence platform that measures and optimizes emotion at scale. Our proprietary solution, GlassView Origin, uses wearable EEG technology under our exclusive Cogwear/University of Pennsylvania license to unlock the subconscious — enabling neuromarketing deployment and in-flight optimization to highly receptive audiences. Cogwear's underlying research is also paving the way toward new preventions and treatments for society's most pressing brain conditions, including anxiety disorders, Alzheimer's disease, and sports-related head injuries.

GlassView works with 80+ of the top Fortune 100 global brands, reaching over 2.7 billion people worldwide and driving 910 billion+ video views. We're not an ad-tech company; we are building the missing behavioral data layer for AI, and our commercial team is central to that story.

GlassView is headquartered in Fort Worth, with offices in New York City, London, and Singapore, among other locations.

Job Overview:

We're building a strong commercial team to take GlassView's business to new heights, and this role is central to that push. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in breaking into new logos and expansion markets across Fortune 500 brands and their agency partners, with a specific focus on independent and holding company agency relationships. You'll work closely with the CEO and sales leadership to build and convert new business opportunities from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing agency relationships to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers, with a primary focus on new account acquisition
  • Become fluent in GlassView's differentiated offering and competitive edge
  • Break into new markets and independent/holdco agency accounts, working closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities
  • Drive aggressive, proactive business growth in a high-growth, high-reward environment

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5+ years of career commercial experience in advertising, media, or agency sales
  • Established, active relationships at independent agencies and/or holding companies across the US
  • A hunter mentality, comfortable with a modest base, commission-driven structure in exchange for strong upside
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
