We're looking for a career commercial hunter to help us convert that technology edge into new business at a company growing 50% year-over-year.

This role is built for someone who wants real upside in exchange for hunting hard in Year 1, with a modest base paired with a commission structure designed to reward top performers disproportionately.

Job Overview:
We're building a strong commercial team to take GlassView's business to new heights, and this role is central to that push. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in breaking into new logos and expansion markets across Fortune 500 brands and their agency partners, with a specific focus on independent and holding company agency relationships. You'll work closely with the CEO and sales leadership to build and convert new business opportunities from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing agency relationships to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers, with a primary focus on new account acquisition
- Become fluent in GlassView's differentiated offering and competitive edge
- Break into new markets and independent/holdco agency accounts, working closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities
- Drive aggressive, proactive business growth in a high-growth, high-reward environment
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years of career commercial experience in advertising, media, or agency sales
- Established, active relationships at independent agencies and/or holding companies across the US
- A hunter mentality, comfortable with a modest base, commission-driven structure in exchange for strong upside
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
