As we adapt to the demands of digitally-enabled users seeking highly personalized experiences, the Staff Program Manager, Digital Procurement will play a pivotal role leading the overall strategy and execution to modernize Intuit’s catalog program, including the people, process, and technology transformation of our catalog strategy and infrastructure that enables employees to be successful in ordering the products and services they need while working in hybrid environments, streamlining low risk purchasing, and optimizing stakeholder experiences.
The Staff Program Manager, Digital Procurement will serve as a strategic leader and steward, requiring strong business acumen and knowledge of the procurement function and spend management, with experience operationalizing processes and features in solutions such as Coupa and Amazon, to effectively streamline and automate processes, bring best practices to bear based on internal and external insights, and harness voice of employee to shape the program for customer benefit. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the overall operational and organizational health of catalogs at Intuit, setting and executing against the transformation roadmap, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to draw on synergies across the ecosystem to leverage AI-assisted experiences, preferred partners and standards, and diversity and sustainability initiatives across the catalog automation landscape. Operational leadership demands a proactive self-starter capable of driving change, with outcomes significantly impacting corporate objectives and influencing various business units and functional groups within Intuit.

Builds and maintains relationships with People & Places, Technology, and Finance stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and supporting decision-making with senior leaders
Leverages organizational resources and knowledge to solve problems and achieve results
Focuses on a shared vision and key priorities; demonstrates velocity, agility, and excellence in execution
Develops and executes a vision for a best-in-class catalog program emphasizing automation and AI-assisted solutions, with clear operational plans and goals
Leads modernization efforts by applying best practices from previous catalog buying experiences
Ensures global compliance and local relevance in partnership with international teams
Makes pivotal decisions in collaboration with business, technical leaders, and executives
Catalog Leadership
Manages the development, optimization, and scaling of global procurement e-catalogs within Coupa, enhancing procurement efficiency
Maintains catalog content accuracy and consistency, aligned with supplier agreements and standards
Ensures compliance with purchasing policies, fostering ethical spending
Conducts audits of PO Employee Gift and Self-Approval purchases to identify risks and ensure policy adherence
Analyzes catalog spending trends and provides supplier performance insights
Collaborates with Change Management to promote catalog adoption and create positive employee experiences
Troubleshoots technical issues, analyzes root causes, and implements corrective actions
Supports resolution of Procure to Pay (P2P) and GBS Connect escalations
People Management
8+ years of industry experience with strong program management skills, including leading global catalog programs and managing suppliers
Deep knowledge of the catalog industry, supplier operations, and sourcing strategies
Customer-focused with excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills
Data-driven decision-making capabilities
Ability to balance policy with business objectives and user experience
Skilled in influencing and gaining alignment across teams
Experience with catalog technology and tools, including e-procurement platforms
Willingness to support international business units and communicate globally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 30%
Experience in High-Tech or Financial Services sectors preferred
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. The expected base pay range for this position in Southern California is $137,500 - $186,000, depending on experience and skills.
