React Native Developer

Responsibilities

Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided

Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions

Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability

Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories

Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards

Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications

Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability

Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill And Experience

Experience with Information Technology

Experience in React Native

Preferred Skill And Experience

Experience in mobile app based front‑end development in native and cross‑platform mobile technologies

Experience in React Native based cross‑platform mobile application development for both iOS and Android

Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modules

Ability to define cross‑platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility

Experience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment

Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security

Experience in integrating complex mobile front‑end pages with back‑end APIs/microservices

Experience Directly Working On Teams With DevOps Responsibilities

Proficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activities

Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)

Ability to communicate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams and with Clients

Proven track record of being self‑directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing

Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working

Additional Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
