Job Summary
The Kogod School of Business is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will develop engaging multimedia materials, draft and post social media content, produce emails, and support enrollment initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the social media landscape and exceptional storytelling skills for digital platforms.

Essential Functions

Social Media Coordination : Draft timely content; create static and motion graphics with Canva; collaborate on motion content capture and editing; post and schedule social media following content calendars.

Website Support : Upload blog articles, draft new web pages, manage CRM contacts, and perform other CMS tasks as assigned.

Email Production : Produce newsletters and event invitations; manage content collection, drafting, editing, list management, and distribution.

Writing : Craft engaging, clear copy for digital platforms including blog articles, editorial and web content that complements visual content and encourages audience engagement; follow brand and style guidelines.

Event Support : Attend events to provide live social media coverage and/or interview faculty, students, staff, alumni, or other key individuals for content development.

Quality Assurance : Ensure all content is aligned with Kogod branding and meets accessibility and quality standards.

Digital Media Organization : Upload and organize multimedia content within the Data Asset Management platform.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time.

35 hours per week.

Salary Range
$30.00 ‑ $34.00 per hour.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1–3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.

2–4 years of relevant experience.

Strong writing, editing, interviewing skills; familiarity with research paper analysis; experience with a content management system.
