Strategically managing complex UX programs, the full-time Senior UX Producer will lead planning and execution across design, research, human factors, content strategy, and instructional design in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs across multiple disciplines
Identify and mitigate risks while tracking key milestones and deliverables
Partner with UX leadership to align initiatives with product roadmaps and advocate for UX best practices
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in UX program or project management in a cross-functional product environment
Expertise in tools such as JIRA, JPD, Smartsheet, and Confluence
Deep understanding of UX disciplines including design, research, and content strategy
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities
Experience with agile methodologies and UX tooling like Figma and Miro
