What You’ll Do:
Sell iHeartMedia’s portfolio of
News/Talk radio stations, local and national hosts, and News/Talk podcast
Prospect and develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling
Build strong, consultative relationships with advertisers and decision-makers
Ceate compelling, results-driven marketing solutions for clients
Consistently maintain a strong pipeline by conducting
8-10 client/prospect meetings per week
Work collaboratively from the iHeartMedia office in your local market
What You’ll Need:
2-3+ years of direct sales experience
in radio, audio, or media sales
A self-starter mentality with a strong “go-getter” attitude
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling ability
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation
Proficiency in
Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
Ability to prioritize daily activities based on shifting business needs
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma required (College degree preferred)

What You’ll Bring:

Compensation:
This position will be paid on a 100% commission basis. Commission rates range from 4.0%-11.0%.
