Associate Account Manager

Associate Account Manager Red Bank, NJ - onsite 5 days a week
The responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the CEO and Technical Manager in understanding the day-to-day operations of the company and the client requirements.
Developing presentations using PowerPoint
Running Reports
Join/Run Meetings as and when required
Communicate with and manage clients in:
gathering requirements, changes/upgrades in the system, addressing issues and complaints, travel to client sites (when needed) to do presentations, etc.
Must Have:
Experience working in a team and independently as well.
Fast learner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Be proactive
Some experience working with clients on the business/operations side (not sales and marketing).
