Our mission is to provide an ethical marketplace where people can know where their food is coming from. We are a tight‑knit and inclusive team full of passionate foodies.

About the Role
We're looking for a Content & Creative Lead to own the visual and creative output of the brand. We're a small but growing marketing team where everyone wears many hats. You'll work across a range of projects and touchpoints, and no two weeks will look exactly the same. As the team scales, there's real opportunity to deepen your focus and grow within your area of expertise.

This is a hands‑on role for an ultra‑creative problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to execute across both digital and print. You bring strong craft, a consistent aesthetic, and the resourcefulness to figure things out as we grow.

This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer and works closely with the broader marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Photography & Video Production

Lead all photo and video production end‑to‑end — you're behind the camera, directing the shot, and delivering the final edit

Shoot across a range of contexts: farm visits, product flats, recipe content, pop‑ups, events, and lifestyle

Produce platform‑native video content for Instagram, TikTok, and paid channels — reels, stories, ads, and beyond

Build and maintain a content library the whole team can pull from

Design & Brand Creative

Own all design projects across digital and print — social assets, email templates, packaging, pitch decks, event materials, website graphics, and more

Create on‑brand, beautifully curated design elements that drive audience engagement and reinforce brand awareness

Take ownership of special projects including infographics, UX designs, and other assets for the website

Research and source materials for packaging, printing, and physical brand touchpoints — supporting vendor evaluation, samples, and prototypes as we iterate

Maintain visual consistency across every touchpoint

Content & Creative Execution

Stay current on platform formats and trends, bringing fresh creative ideas consistently

Assist in writing creative briefs for campaigns, partnerships, and special projects

Work cross‑functionally with marketing, partnerships, and ops to ensure creative is aligned with broader goals and timelines

Systems & Asset Management

Build and maintain organized systems for all creative assets, templates, and brand materials

Create clear file structures, naming conventions, and handoff processes that scale as the team grows

Actively research new tools, technologies, and AI‑powered workflows that can increase creative output and efficiency

Bring recommendations to the team and implement where it makes sense

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in content creation, creative production, or a similar role

An eye for food styling and lifestyle shoot compositions

Strong video production skills — shooting, directing, and editing across formats and platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools

Experience creating content for both social and paid channels

Detail‑oriented with an ultra‑creative approach to problem solvingHighly organized with a systems‑thinking mindset

Curious about new tools and proactive about bringing them into your workflow

Genuine interest in food, farming, and the people behind what we eat

Excellent time management, planning and organizing skills and has the ability to multitask

Preferred Experience and Character
