Remote Director of Omnichannel Programmatic Media

Syneos Health, operating remotely in the United States, seeks a Director, Programmatic Media to lead our Performance Media omnichannel campaigns. You’ll translate complex programmatic concepts into clear client guidance and shape strategy across DSPs and partner platforms.
The role requires 6+ years in programmatic media, pharma experience, and strong client leadership, with the ability to travel to the San Francisco client office every other month. Base salary 130k–150k USD, with benefits.
