Position Overview
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) owns workstreams and reports to the Account Supervisor or VP/Account Director. The SAE is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the client account, including client presentations and gaining internal and external creative concept approval. You manage the business autonomously while mentoring junior team members. The role covers live‑action television shoots, content development, digital, social, and OOH – ensuring that Grey delivers Famously Effective work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client + Brand Advisor

Act as main client contact and lead and support integrated work streams, positioning the brand as a category leader.

Provide client‑service administration: prepare status reports; attend meetings and calls; track usage and performance; compile reports, competitor analysis, and logistics.

Develop strong relationships with internal disciplines (Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Production) and external partners (media, PR).

Demonstrate deep understanding of the client’s business and category.

Respond promptly to all client and internal requests.

Creative Collaborator and Champion

Influence creation of high‑quality work by sharing client insight and strong creative judgment.

Collaborate with Planning, Project Management, and Creative to write a strong, inspiring brief and concept.

Distribute weekly/monthly status reports to stakeholders.

Assist in strategic creative development, production, and post‑production for film, print, and social.

Manage internal checkpoints: legal, network clearance, talent, business affairs, and trafficking.

Growth‑Oriented Agency Leader

Coordinate with client and agency finance on monthly billing, manage and reconcile budgets, resolve or elevate issues, track hours, and evaluate estimates/invoices for accuracy.

Continuously seek ways to add value to the client‑agency relationship.

Intentional Leadership

Proactively manage project implementation from concept to final production.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, including oversight of AEs and AAs.

What You Will Need

3–5 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.

Resourceful, strategic, and creative thinking skills.

Commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with creative platforms such as Keynote and PDF.

Excellent language and grammar skills.

Pay Range and Benefits
Pay Range: $45,000 – $100,000 USD. We offer a competitive benefits package.
