Position Overview
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) will own workstreams and report to the Account Supervisor or VP, Account Director. The SAE is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the client account, including client presentations and gaining internal and external creative concept approval. You will manage your business autonomously while mentoring junior members of the team. Our work is fully integrated across live‑action television shoots, content development, digital, social, and OOH. This is a fast‑paced and dynamic role in which you will be a true partner to our clients and cross‑functional agency teams ensuring that we continue to champion our efforts in making Famously Effective work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client + Brand Advisor

Act as the primary day‑to‑day client contact and lead various integrated work streams, positioning the brand as a category leader.

Provide client‑service administration, including preparing status reports, attending meetings, tracking usage and performance, and compiling competitor trend analysis.

Develop strong relationships across Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Production, and agency partners.

Exhibit deep understanding of the client’s business and category.

Respond promptly to all client and internal requests.

Creative Collaborator and Champion

Influence the development of high‑quality creative work, demonstrating strong creative judgement and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with Planning, Project Management, and Creative departments to write strong, inspiring briefs and concepts based on the client’s initial brief.

Populate and distribute weekly/monthly status reports to key stakeholders.

Assist in strategic creative development, production, and post‑production of advertising communications across film, print, and social.

Manage all internal checkpoints for a project, including legal, talent management, business affairs, and trafficking.

Growth‑Oriented Agency Leader

Coordinate with client and agency finance to oversee monthly billing, manage and reconcile budgets, resolve or scale issues, track hours, and evaluate estimates for accuracy.

Continuously seek ways to add value to the client‑agency relationship.

Intentional Leadership

Proactively manage project implementation from concept to final production.

Supervise and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, including oversight of AEs.

What You Will Need

3‑5 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.

Resourceful and strategically minded, with strong creative thinking.

Desire to contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work community.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with other creative platforms such as Keynote and PDF.

Superior language and grammar skills.
