Your Role as Program Coordinator
As our Program Coordinator, you will:
Be the central point of communication for faculty, staff, parents, and the broader community.
Act as a liaison, addressing questions and concerns promptly and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication that reflects the values and spirit of Living Oaks.
Support teachers and observe classroom practices to ensure alignment with Waldorf educational principles.
Plan, promote, and execute festivals, parent education events, and community gatherings in collaboration with faculty and the festival committee.
Oversee logistics, manage RSVPs and schedules, and coordinate event marketing through flyers, newsletters, and digital channels.
Collaborate with the Enrollment team to support family retention, assist with tours, and help prospective families discover the unique Living Oaks experience.
Share administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Waldorf education principles and philosophy.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Skilled in conflict resolution and guiding concerns to the right resources.
Experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, parents, and students.
Proficiency with digital marketing and communication tools (e.g., Canva, email platforms).
