Automotive Sales Consultant – Leith Ford
Leith Ford is seeking a motivated, customer‑oriented Automotive Sales Consultant to engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right vehicle. The consultant will provide a positive buying experience from initial contact through post‑sale follow‑up.

Job Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs.

Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.

Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.

Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.

Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.

Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Negotiate sales prices and lease payments with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Proficient in computer systems and sales software.

Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

High school diploma and at least one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive wages commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, and education. This is a commission‑eligible role with average monthly earnings of $3,000–$10,000, with potential for higher attainment based on performance.
