Who We're Looking For
As a key member of the Product Management team, you will drive operational excellence for the Optilume Product Marketing team by owning execution, streamlining processes, and scaling delivery across the Stricture and BPH portfolios. This role frees Product Managers to focus on strategy, growth, and revenue generation.
About The Role
Marketing Operations & Execution
Own day-to-day marketing execution, including campaigns, assets, approvals, and timelines
Increase speed, consistency, and quality while reducing PM administrative burden
Identify and implement process improvements
Product Marketing Support
Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership
Act as an “Associate PM” to drive execution and accountability
Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and vendors
Global Events & Tradeshows
Own end-to-end planning and execution of global tradeshows
Standardize playbooks, timelines, and vendor management
Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
Medical Affairs Support
Coordinate Medical Advisory Boards and HCP engagements
Support contracting, compliance, and logistics
Ensure seamless stakeholder experience
Analytics & Reporting
Manage marketing reporting and dashboards (e.g., ACUITY, CRM)
Deliver insights to improve decision-making
Support monthly business reviews and leadership presentations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, consulting, or a related role; experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear marketing materials and internal presentations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant materials aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support field activities, meetings, and conferences.
