What You’ll Do
Receive, track, and manage incoming customer complaints across multiple channels
Investigate complaints by gathering information from loan officers, clients, and internal systems
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all complaints and resolutions
Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to resolve concerns
Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure proper follow-up and accountability
Identify trends or recurring issues and elevate insights to leadership
Ensure all resolutions align with company policies and compliance standards
What You Bring

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations
Experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or mortgage/financial services is a plus
