A&R Talent Scout – Internship/Commission (Clifton, NJ)

Music Label Co. is building a team of A&R scouts and managers to discover new music talent. This is an internship or commission-only role located in Clifton, NJ, with office attendance required 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities include evaluating talent, attending events, and communicating with artists and the internal team. Ideal candidates have a strong ear for talent and an understanding of music trends, and prior experience in A&R or management is a plus.
