Senior Living Marketing & Growth Director

Longview, an Ithacare Community, is seeking a Director of Marketing and Sales responsible for leading occupancy growth, brand visibility, and marketing initiatives. This role ensures alignment between the marketing strategy and sales execution while overseeing the full sales cycle for independent, assisted, and enhanced assisted living.
The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with supervisory experience and a commitment to enriching the lives of older adults in the Ithaca community. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven success in sales are preferred.
