Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

We are currently searching React Developer for one of our direct clients in Jacksonville, Florida.

Only W2 candidates.

Contract to Hire and Onsite position.

Responsibilities:

Develop UIs: Create and build user-facing applications using React, turning designs and wireframes into functional code.

Component Development: Build reusable and efficient UI components for web and mobile apps.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive products.

API Integration: Connect the frontend with backend services by integrating APIs.

Performance and Optimization: Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and optimized, and conduct regular performance monitoring.

Testing and Debugging: Write tests, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain the application to ensure optimal functionality.

Code Maintenance: Fix bugs in existing systems and update project dependencies.

Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation for code and components.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of React.js and its core principles, including component-based architecture.

Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Flux.

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack or NPM.

Understanding of APIs and how to integrate them.

Experience with testing frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile development principles.
