Senior Account Director: Growth & Strategic Partnerships

Kargo is seeking a Senior Account Director to own revenue growth across a portfolio of agencies, brands, and platforms. You will land net-new business, expand existing accounts, and feed market intelligence back to shape product direction.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 4 days a week. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years selling online and programmatic advertising plus 3+ years in brand advertising, with proven ability to engage executives and manage complex sales cycles.
