The Growth Marketing team builds content, culture, and community around EA brands and franchises. This is a hybrid role located in Los Angeles, Kirkland, or Vancouver, with 3 days a week in the office.
Position Director, Media Operations + Partnerships
Responsibilities Develop centralized Operations team to support a large Media Strategy organization with rhythm of business efforts, including communications, centralized and standardized campaign tracking, and multi-level reporting of business-centric performance metrics.
Oversee media budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting, including connection to business planning operations.
Manage partnerships across the marketing organization, including external agency support, internal cross-functional teams of Brand and Creative, technology providers, and the platform ecosystem.
Own operational tools and drive efficiency improvements across the media organization. Develop roadmaps and strategic approaches to improve tools, processes, communications, and operational systems.
Drive continuous improvement with internal and external partners to aid Media Strategy + Buying day-to-day task management.
Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvement, automation, centralization, and standardization within media operations.
Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-funnel media strategy and buying within an enterprise environment, with experience in attribution models and media mix modeling.
At least 5 years of direct people management experience, overseeing media strategists and buyers, with a track record of defining team goals and fostering collaboration.
8+ years of experience building operational models for media organizations, identifying gaps, and collaborating with creative teams to define advertising content needs.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational change and establishing new standards, tools, and processes for media operations.
Experience in partnership building, influencing, negotiating, and building partnerships with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors.
Strong financial acumen with experience in media budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units.
Advanced project management and tracking skills, with ability to operate and improve business rhythm across multiple teams and partners.
BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field.
Passion/knowledge for video games.
Pay Transparency & Benefits Pay ranges and benefits apply at the posted locations. Compensation depends on factors including education, experience, location, and business needs. Pay ranges listed below are in CAD or USD depending on location.
British Columbia (Vancouver/Victoria): $160,700 - $224,700 CAD
California (Los Angeles/San Francisco): $182,600 - $276,300 USD
Washington (Seattle/Spokane): $175,600 - $233,600 USD
Pay is one part of overall compensation.
