Jordan's Furniture is growing, and we're excited to add a new role to our Marketing team. We're looking for a Digital Media Specialist II to help drive the performance and growth of our digital marketing efforts across paid media channels. This hybrid position is based in Dedham, MA and requires 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

About the Role
The Digital Media Specialist II plays a key role in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns that support Jordan's brand, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals. This role partners closely with internal marketing, creative, analytics, e-commerce, and project management teams, as well as external agency partners, to ensure campaigns are strategically developed and effectively executed.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands‑on campaign management experience and a passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is highly organized, and enjoys uncovering opportunities to improve performance and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with external media agencies to develop and execute digital media campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar, key promotions, and business objectives.

Oversee campaign planning, review, approval, implementation, and optimization across digital channels including:

Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest)

Display and Programmatic Advertising

Video Advertising (YouTube)

E-commerce Shopping Ads

Develop audience targeting strategies using demographic, geographic, behavioral, and first‑party customer data, leveraging tools such as Resonate.

Coordinate campaign launches, trafficking, quality assurance, and ongoing management with agency partners.

Build and manage select vendor‑funded campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager.

Partner with the Analytics team to review campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities related to key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.

Monitor and manage media spend to ensure efficient budget allocation and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Project Management teams to identify creative asset requirements and coordinate timely delivery of assets to media partners.

Align digital campaigns with broader brand initiatives, seasonal promotions, and company marketing strategies.

Prepare and present campaign performance results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Support relationships with agency partners, technology vendors, and digital media publishers.

Utilize platform tools and media buying technologies to improve campaign setup, management, and reporting efficiency.

Develop digital channel communication grids and creative specification requirements to support marketing and creative planning.

Create and provide campaign briefing documents that include audience targeting, placements, naming conventions, creative specifications, and UTM requirements.

Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and testing opportunities.

Contribute to process improvements and best practices that enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing, media buying, or a related field.

Hands‑on experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, display, video, and e-commerce advertising strategies.

Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data‑driven recommendations.

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Pay Range: $68,000 - $85,000 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
