Director of Design & Experience — Brand, UX, and Systems

NRG Energy is seeking a Director of Design & Experience to own how the integrated value proposition looks and feels across marketing and product design. You will lead a retention marketer and two product designers, ensuring brand consistency while moving quickly with our GTM operations.
You will shape the visual language for NRG, Reliant, and Vivint assets, drive design systems at scale, and align design decisions with commercial outcomes to maximize customer value.
