Strategy Director, Digital Media & Client Growth

Kepler seeks an Associate Strategy Director to lead a team of up to 15 digital media specialists and to drive the success of multiple client relationships. You will advise client leadership, oversee sophisticated media plans, and ensure flawless campaign execution with data-driven results.
You will guide development of media strategies, manage pixel and tag operations, and mentor both account leaders and technical experts to deliver measurable impact across campaigns.
