Talent Acquisition Specialist — Goosehead Insurance Agency

Goosehead Insurance has been disrupting the insurance industry since 2003 by giving clients choice, a smarter marketing approach, and world-class service. This role is for one of our successful franchise partners. The team is focused on new business revenue generation and is supported by training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in real estate and mortgage industries.

Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide custom solutions to mitigate household risk.

Compensation
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000 , varying based on performance. Compensation varies slightly by agency but includes uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year over year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can significantly increase annual income. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

Experience and Education

Passing the state licensing exam, once hired

Legally authorized to work in the United States

B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major
