Requirements Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent
Curiosity that borders obsession over how AI changes the nature software and how we work

Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers
Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas
Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver customer impact
Stay close to customers and use their feedback to guide product decisions
Jump into the work when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress
Create clarity, raise quality, and help teams ship faster
Raise the bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft
Coach designers through clear feedback, high standards, and strong mentorship
Help define how design works in an AI-native world
Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design
