Associate Director, Digital Marketing - $110K-$120K - NoVA

Overview Our client, a large association based in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing leader to spearhead all paid media initiatives.
Responsibilities Prepare and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for paid search, paid social, display, video, and other digital channels.
Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track, evaluate, and report on campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
Manage the digital marketing budget including forecasting, allocation, and pacing, with the ability to report on budget numbers to leadership.
Manage and mentor a small team, while providing project direction across departments.
Qualifications 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years of management experience, required.
A bachelor\'s degree is required.
Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
Strong communications skills with a passion for collaboration and team growth.
Position Details Salary range of $110K-$120K (DOE) with annual bonus potential.
On-site 3x/week in the Falls Church, VA office - free parking on-site!
Hours for this position are 8am-5pm.
